The Judicial Service Commission has officially announced the Open Competitive Examination for recruitment to the Post of Court Clerk Grade III – 2026

• Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Court Clerk Grade III of Court Management Assistants’ Service in the Scheduled Public Officers’ Service – 2026

According to the official gazette notification released, qualified Sri Lankan citizens can now apply for this permanent government position in the Court Management Assistants’ Service.

Educational Qualifications

• Passed 06 subjects, including English with Credit passes for 04 subjects, including Sinhala/Tamil Language and Mathematics at the G.C.E. O/L Examination at one sitting.
• Passed the G.C.E. A/L Examination in one sitting.

Examination Structure

The examination consists of two question papers. Each paper carries 100 marks, and candidates must obtain at least 40 marks to pass each paper.

Age Limit

• Not less than 18 years
• Not more than 32 years of age
