The dates for the major school examinations scheduled to be held in 2027 have been announced by Commissioner General of Examinations Indika Kumari Liyanage.
Accordingly, the examinations are scheduled to be held on the following dates:
- Grade 5 Scholarship Examination: 01 August 2027
- G.C.E. A/L Examination: 03 August to 28 August 2027
- GIT Examination: 24 October 2027
- G.C.E. O/L Examination: 07 December to 17 December 2027
