Regional English Support Centre (RESC) Teacher Trainer Vacancies 2026

Applications are invited from English teachers who meet the required qualifications to fill existing vacancies for Teacher Trainers at Regional English Support Centres (RESCs) established in the provinces.

A total of 53 vacancies are available across Regional English Support Centres in several provinces.

Qualifications

1. Having not less than five (05) years of minimum service period AND Bachelor of Education (English)Degree/Bachelor of Arts (Special) Degree in English OR First Degree with English as a Core Subject.
   OR
2. Having not less than ten (10) years of service with National Teaching Diploma/góvernment teacher training

In addition, applicants should be not more than 45 years of age.

Send the duly filled application attached as Annex 02 through the Zonal and Provincial Directors of Education to “Director of Education, English and Foreign Languages Branch, Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, Isurupaya, Pelawatta, Battaramulla” on or before 30.09.2026.
