கல்வித் தகைமைகள்– பல்கலைக்கழக மானியங்கள் ஆணைக்குழுவினால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட ஆதன முகாமைத்துவம் மற்றும் விலை மதிப்பீடு தொடர்பான விஞ்ஞானமானி சிறப்புப் பட்டம் அல்லது ஐக்கிய இராச்சியத்தின் பட்டய நில அளவையாளர்களின் ராயல் நிறுவனத்தின் அங்கத்துவத்தைக் கொண்ட பட்டய விலை மதிப்பீட்டாளராக இருத்தல்.
Education Qualifications – Should possess the Bachelor of Science Special Degree in Estate Management and Valuation recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka or be a Chartered Valuer with the membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the United Kingdom.
