How to Submit Appeals & Objections?
Online via the official website: Visit the official website of the Welfare Benefits Board and use the appeals and objections section to submit them directly online by yourself.
Through the Divisional Secretariat Office: Visit the Welfare Information Unit of your respective Divisional Secretariat to submit your appeals and objections online.
Through the Vidatha Resource Center: Go to the Vidatha Resource Center in your area and submit your appeals and objections online with the support of technical assistance.
By submitting a completed application form: Download the relevant application form from www.wbb.gov.lk for appeals and objections, complete it, and submit it to your Divisional Secretariat office.
