Calling Applications for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) (Honours) in Special Needs Education Degree Programme (Intake 2025/2026) Conducted by The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL)

• Medium: Sinhala, Tamil, English
• Duration: 04 Years

The principal goal of this programme is to develop the professional knowledge, attitudes, and skills of the participants. The course would deal comprehensively with all aspects of Special Needs Education.

Entry Qualifications

• Applicants who have already completed a Diploma (Level 3 & 4) from the OUSL, 
  OR
• A candidate who has obtained a National Diploma in Teaching (Special Education) from a National College of Education may seek admission to Level 5 and subsequently Level 6 of the Bachelor of Education Honours in Special Needs Education Degree Programme, with exemptions for Levels 3 & 4 of the Bachelor of Education Honours in Special Needs Education Degree programme.
