Target Audience

This diploma programme is specially designed for native Sinhala speakers who wish to learn Tamil as a second language. It aims to develop practical skills in speaking, reading, writing, comprehension, and translation, while also providing a deeper understanding of Tamil culture and heritage.

Entry Qualifications

Applicants should possess one of the following:

• Passed the G.C.E. A/L Examination in three subjects; or
• An equivalent qualification; or
• Minimum 10 years of work experience based on service requirements.
