The Employees’ Trust Fund Board (ETFB) has invited applications for the Nipunatha Saviya Benefit Scheme 2025 (2026). Under this programme, eligible children of active ETF members who sat for the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination 2025 can receive financial assistance of up to Rs. 50,000 to follow approved vocational training courses.
The financial assistance is available for TVEC-recognized National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3, 4 and 5 courses conducted by registered vocational training institutions. Applicants may select one course from the approved list.

- Courses must be conducted by TVEC-registered vocational training institutions.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants should meet the following basic eligibility requirements:
- Must have sat for the G.C.E. A/L Examination 2025 (passing the examination is not required).
- School candidates and private candidates (not over 23 years of age) are eligible.
- The student’s parent or legal guardian must be an active ETF member at the time of the examination.
- Required ETF contributions should have been paid according to the scheme requirements.
