The Department of Examinations says the results of the 2025 (2026) G.C.E. O/L Exam are expected to be released by mid-June 2026.
Responding to social media rumours claiming that the results would be released within the next few days, Commissioner General of Examinations Indika Kumari Liyanage clarified that no official release date has been finalized yet.
However, she confirmed that the necessary preparations are currently underway to release the examination results by mid-June.
The 2025 (2026) G.C.E. O/L Examination was held from February 17 to 26, with a total of 451,463 candidates sitting for the examination islandwide.
Students are advised to rely only on official announcements from the Department of Examinations regarding the release of results.
