🧾 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a Sri Lankan citizen
- Have completed GCE A/L 2025
- Score at least 30% for Common General Test
- Have “C” pass or above in General English
- Be 18 years or above
- Be medically fit and willing to study abroad

- QS World University Rankings
- Times Higher Education (THE) Rankings
- Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU)

Covers up to 4 years:

- 🏠 Monthly living allowance
- 🏥 Health insurance
- ✈️ Airfare (round trip)
- 🧾 Additional allowances (visa, settlement, etc.)
💵 Maximum value: Up to Rs. 20,000,000 per year
⚠️ Important Conditions
- Only for Bachelor’s Degrees
- Students must return to Sri Lanka after completion
- Must select recognized universities
- Selected students will not be eligible for UGC local university admission
- Scholarship agreement must be signed
