Graduate Teaching Exam Admission Card Download 2026 (Released)

The Department of Examinations has announced that the Admission Cards for the Graduate Teacher Recruitment Exams 2026 have been released online.

• Limited – Competitive Examination for the Recruitment of Graduates in the Public Service to the Sri Lanka Teachers’ Service for Sinhala, Tamil, and English Medium Teacher Vacancies in National and Provincial Schools of the Island – 2023 (2026)
• Open – Competitive Examination for the Recruitment of Graduates to the Sri Lanka Teachers’ Service for Sinhala, Tamil, and English Medium Teacher Vacancies in National and Provincial Schools of the Island – 2026

Candidates who have applied for this examination can now download their admission cards online, as the Department has stated that admission cards will not be issued by post.

• Admission Cards are issued online only
• No admission cards will be sent by post
• All candidates must download & print their admission card

How to Download Admission Online?

• Visit → https://apps.exams.gov.lk/
• Select correct exam (01. Limited or 02. Open), make sure to select correct exam
• 📌 The exam containing “Graduates in the Public Service” is for government / public servants
• 📌 The other exam is for open applicants (non-government servants)
• Select the Identification Method
• Enter NIC or Index Number
• Tick the relevant box and click download

• Carefully check all details on your admission card
• Bring your printed admission card to the exam hall
• Carry a valid NIC / Passport
• Arrive at the exam center well before the reporting time
