Hindu Dharmacharya Certificate Examination Application 2026

The Department of Examinations has called for applications for the Hindu Dharmacharya Certificate Examination 2026, which is scheduled to be held in November 2026.

Exam Medium – Tamil

Eligibility – Applicants must possess at least one of the following qualifications:

• Passed the final certificate examination of an Araneri School (Dhamma School).
• Possess the Pandithar qualification.
• Possess the Saiva Pulavar qualification.
• Passed Hinduism or Hindu Civilization as a subject at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination in six subjects, with a credit pass in Saivaneri, with no more than two attempts.
