Online Passport Application System – Department of Immigration and Emigration

The Department of Immigration and Emigration, Sri Lanka has introduced an Online Application System to obtain Passports more easily

Applicants who submit applications through this system will have the opportunity to provide fingerprints at the centers established at the offices of the Department for Registration of Persons attached to 51 Divisional Secretariats throughout the island to obtain fingerprints.

9. Jaffna district – Chavakachcheri, Point Pedro
10. Kalutara district – Ingiriya, Matugama, Panadura
11. Kandy district – Gampola, Kundasale, Pujapitiya
12. Kegalle district – Galigamuwa, Ruwanwella
13. Kilinochchi district – Karachchi
14. Kurunegala district – Kuliyapitiya, Nikaweratiya, northwestern province office of the Department of Registration of Persons
