Educational Qualifications:

• Having passed six subjects with six credit passes including Sinhala/Tamil/English and Mathematics at the G.C.E. O/L examinations in one sitting.
  AND
• Having passed three subjects (excluding General Knowledge) at the G.C.E. A/L examination in one sitting.

Professional Qualifications: Having obtained a certificate for completing a computer literacy course of not less than 360 hours at an institution registered with the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC)

Age Limit: 18-30 (must be not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years of age)
