The Sri Lanka Export Credit Insurance Corporation (SLECIC), operating under the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, has officially called for applications for its Graduate Trainee Programme 2026.
This programme is aimed at motivated, ambitious, and innovative graduates who are eager to gain professional experience and build a successful career in a dynamic working environment.
Applicants between the ages of 22 and 35 are invited to apply for the available trainee positions.

Graduate Trainee – Marketing Management
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, recognized by the U.G.C.
Graduate Trainee – HR & Administration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:

- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Public Administration
- Public Management
- Commerce
- or any other relevant field recognized by the U.G.C.
Graduate Trainee – Finance Management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Finance
- Accountancy
- Commerce
- Recognized by the U.G.C
