SLMC Exam for Registration to Practise Medicine (ERPM) June 2026

The Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) has announced applications for the Examination for Registration to Practise Medicine (ERPM) for June 2026.

This includes:

• Part A & Part D – June 2026 (Old Format)
• Part I – June 2026 (New Format)

Eligibility Criteria – Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:

• (a) Foreign Medical Graduates: Citizens of Sri Lanka who have obtained approval from the Sri Lanka Medical Council for the MBBS or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school recognized by the Council.
• (b) Previous Candidates – Part A and/or D: Candidates who have previously sat the examination and have not completed ERPM Parts A and/or D.
• (c) Previous Candidates – Part I: Candidates who have previously sat the examination and have not completed ERPM Part I.

Applications are available only through the official SLMC website and must be downloaded from there. The exact examination venue and further dates will be notified later.
