Calling of Applications for Recruitment to the Post of Officer Cadets (Degree Intake) in the Regular Force of the Sri Lanka Army – 2025

After successful completion of the period of training in Sri Lanka, Officer Cadets will be Commissioned as Officers in the Regular Force of the Army in the Commencing Rank of Second Lieutenant with a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) Degree in Military Studies and will be posted to an Arm or Service of the Army, to suit the aptitude of the Officer Cadets and the needs of the Army.

Pay, Allowances & Other Benefits

• Monthly pay of Officer Cadet (Including allowances) Rs.. 91,551.80
• Officer Cadets will be entitled to fringe benefits, covering expenses for transport, uniforms, medical and accommodation.
• Those who successfully complete the Officer Cadet Course will be commissioned in the rank of Second Lieutenant.
• They will also receive opportunities of serving in UN Peacekeeping Missions, training at foreign military academies and to follow advanced Foreign Courses.
