The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) has announced a vacancy for the post of Career Guidance Counsellor Grade II. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates with relevant academic and professional experience.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (First or Second Class) from a recognized university
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Student Affairs or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English

🔹 Preference Will Be Given To:

• Candidates with postgraduate qualifications in:
  • Human Resource Management
  • Counselling
• Experience in career guidance activities
