Ahadhiyya Daham Pasal Final Certificate Exam Application 2026

The Department of Examinations has called for applications for the Ahadhiyya Daham Pasal Final Certificate Examination 2026 (for the year 2025), which is scheduled to be held in October 2026.

Qualifications – Candidates applying for this examination must have fulfilled any of the following qualifications.

• Having passed the 10th Grade in an Ahadhiyya School registered in the Department of Muslim Religious and Culture Affairs and engaged in learning activities for a year or so from the subordinates of the Ahadhiyya School Final Certificate Class.
• Should be passed the Islam as a subject in G.C.E. (O/L) Examination or G.C.E. (A/L) Examination conducted by the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka or having passed the Senior School Certificate Examination in Islam and Arabic subjects.

The examination consists of four papers, each carrying 100 marks:

1. Islamic Principles & Arabic Language
2. Islamic Law
3. Islamic History
4. Islamic Values

How to Apply?

Applications must be submitted through the Principal of a registered Ahadhiyya Daham Pasal or Arabic College. Application forms are available from the respective institutions and can also be downloaded from the Department of Examinations website. Completed applications should be sent by registered post before the closing date
