Educational Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• Passed G.C.E. O/L Examination in six (06) subjects, including credit passes for Sinhala/Tamil, English Language, Mathematics, Science, and one other subject within one sitting
  AND
• Passed G.C.E. (A/L) in one sitting in relevant subjects, including: Combined Mathematics / Higher Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry

Professional Qualifications

Applicants should possess one of the following:

• Diploma in Irrigation Engineering at ITI Galgamuwa
• National Diploma in Civil Engineering at ITUM Moratuwa
• Higher National Diploma in Engineering (Civil Engineering) at SLIATE Mattakkuliya
• National Diploma in Engineering Science (Civil Engineering) at IET Katunayake
• Diplomas in Technology (Civil Engineering) at OUSL
• Equivalent Qualification (NVQ 06)

Age Limit

• Age should be between 18 and 30 years as of the closing date of applications
