The Ministry of Health and Mass Media has released the Round 02 Interview List for the Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Grade III of the Public Health Management Assistants’ (PHMA) Service – 2021 (2025).
A total of 237 candidates have been called for interviews under Round 02. The interview process will be conducted to verify the qualifications of candidates who obtained merit positions from 247 to 483 based on the results of the competitive examination held on 31 August 2025.

Important Notice for Candidates
- Interview letters have been sent to shortlisted candidates by registered post.
- Candidates whose names appear in the interview list should attend the interview even if the interview letter has not been received due to postal delays.
- Candidates must bring all required original certificates and supporting documents mentioned in the interview letter.
- If any required document cannot be submitted, candidates should produce a letter from the relevant Divisional Secretary together with an affidavit explaining the situation.
