SLEAS (Grade II) Second EB Exam Application – 2026

The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has officially called for applications for the 2nd EB Examination for Officers in the SLEAS (Grade II) – 2026

• Second Efficiency Bar (EB) Examination for the Grade II Officers of Sri Lanka Education Administration Service (SLEAS) – 2026

According to the gazette notification, the examination is scheduled to be held in November 2026. Applications can only be submitted through the online system of the Department of Examinations.

• Online Applications Open: 24 August 2026 – 9.00 a.m.
• Closing Date: 18 September 2026 – 9.00 p.m.
• Application Method: Online only via the Department of Examinations website

The notification has been issued by the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education and published in the Government Gazette dated 21 August 2026
