Surveyor General’s Certificate Exam for Authorized Draughtsman 2026

The Survey Department of Sri Lanka has officially called for applications for the Examination for Issuance of Surveyor General’s Certificate as Authorized Draughtsman – 2026.

This examination is held to award the Surveyor General’s Certificate to qualified candidates who wish to practice as an Authorized Draughtsman in Sri Lanka.

The examination consists of two parts:

• Part I – Preparation of Coordinate Sheets
• Part II – Plan Work

Candidates who successfully pass both sections will qualify for the issuance of the Surveyor General’s Certificate as an Authorized Draughtsman. Those who fail Part I will not be permitted to sit for Part II.
